The Society is pleased to have as its President the international conductor Cem Mansur, who has conducted the choir five times in the UK, most recently at Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and twice in Turkey when members of the choir were invited to perform at the International Istanbul Music Festival and Izmir Festival. Whether you want to meet new friends or develop your singing skills, you’ll receive a warm welcome from Ipswich Choral Society. We meet on Tuesday evenings at Northgate Arts Centre and further details about the choir, rehearsals and events can be found on our website ipswichchoralsociety.org.

Contributing to the rich musical heritage of Ipswich since 1824, we are the second oldest choral society in the UK.
