Ipswich Film Society 2026/27 Season
Annie Hall – (AA) US 1977.
Directed by Woody Allen.
Our second tribute presentation is for Diane Keaton, whose partnership with Woody Allen more than any other provided an outlet for her considerable gifts as a comedienne. Allen, who continues to make films at 90, here negotiates his transition to semi-serious work with the tale of a stand-up’s defining romantic relationships. (93 minutes).
